Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is simple.
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
On completion of your selection, click the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details
that are required to complete your order.
Payment
We accept payment by Cheque,
Bank Transfer and Debit / Credit Card. Goods paid for by Cheque will be despatched once the cheque has
cleared. Please allow up to 5 days for this process.
If you choose to pay by Debit or Credit card the
address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order
more efficiently, we also request a landline telephone number (not a mobile) to be used in case of query.
Credit Card Security
We use a recognized, trusted and secure Internet credit card
payment scheme - Sage Pay. 128 bit SSL encryption is used on their servers to ensure your credit card

To process your order we need certain contact details, these however are never disclosed to any third party.
Prices and carriage where applicable will be charged in £GBP. We accept the following debit and credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch & Electron.
Items, including back orders, are not charged for until
they are ready to ship. You can pay for your goods Online or Over the Telephone.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail, Parcel Force
or Specialist Carrier.
Delivery is FREE for orders over £150 to anywhere in mainland UK.
A charge is made for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and N. Ireland - please call or
email us for a quote.
Orders under £150 are charged at a flat rate according to the total order
value:
Up To £49.99 = £6.95
Between £50 and £99.99 = £8.95
Between £100 and £149.99 = £12.95
Delivery for Wakeboards, Wakeboard Packages, Slalom Skis and Wakeboard Boots is FREE
to France, Germany, Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Luxembourg; is £10 to Sweden,
Finland, Italy, Portugal and Poland; and is £20 to Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Estonia and Cyprus.
Please select your required shipping option from the list on the individual product page.
For all other products and destinations please ask for a quote.
We normally ship items within 1 to 2 working days, subject to stock availability, except where
otherwise stated.
Orders received up to 12noon (weekdays) will normally be shipped the same day
for next day delivery (Not Guaranteed).
Orders received after 12noon will be shipped the next
day and will normally be received within 2 working days (Weekdays).
On receipt of your Order
All deliveries will need a signature on receipt and if there is no one present to receive the
delivery a card will be left. You may specify an alternative delivery address at the time of order.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims
for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to us within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of you, the customer to contact the
carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the
problem has been resolved. Big Wake.co.uk Ltd will not be held responsible for any consequential or
incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility
will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.
Returns
Unsuitable or defective
items may be returned for refund or exchange providing they are received back at our premises within 14 days
of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by
a copy of the original sales receipt. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please ship the items
back to us prepaid and with the proper packaging, for your protection make sure to insure the package.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Non defective return items will be
subject to a minimum restocking fee of £10.00 or 10%, whichever is greater.
Exchange items will
be subject to a £5.00 handling fee and a re-delivery charge at the appropriate rate.
Defective
items will be replaced without an additional delivery charge.
